In Nov.2017, we have customer from Tanzania , which is located East Africa.After looking around our Flour Mill Factory, he is very interested in the 15-20 Ton / Day Wheat Flour Mill and Maize Mill, so we show him a running plant. In grain processing machinery industry, there is also Rice Milling Machine, except the Rice Mill, there is another processing way : Parboiled Rice Mill Plant .For Parboiled Rice Mill, it has 2 parts, the Parboiling part and Parboiled Rice Processing Part.The Parboiling part including paddy cleaning, Soaking, Cooking, Drying, packing.The Parboiled Rice Processing Part including Paddy cleaning and destoning, Paddy Husking and Sorting, Rice Whitening and Grading, Rice Polishing Machine and Rice Color Sorter . Parboiling Rice Mill Process Description : 1) Cleaning Remove the dust from paddy. 2) Soaking. Purpose: In order to make paddy absorb enough water, create conditions for starch pasting. During the course of starch pasting paddy must absorb above 30% water,ortherwise it will not be able to fully steam the paddy in next step and thus to influence the quality of rice. 3)Cooking (Steaming ). After soaking the inside of endosperm has got much water, now its time to steam the paddy to realize starch pasting. Steaming can change the physical structure of rice and keep the nutrition, to increase the production ratio and make rice easy to store. 4) Drying and cooling. Purpose: In order to make moisture reduced from 35% to 14%. To reduce moisture can greatly increase the production ratio and make rice easy to store and transport. Parboiled Rice Mill Process Description : 5) Husking. After soaking and steaming it will be very easy to husk the paddy , also prepare for the next milling step . Usage: mainly used for rice hulling and separate the mixture with rice husk. 6) Rice Whitening and Grading Usage: Using the difference in the size of rice particles, through the four different diameter round hole sieve plate continuous screening, separation of complete rice and broken, so as to achieve the purpose of grading rice. Rice Grading machine is used to separate different quality rice and separate broken rice from the good ones. 7) Polishing: polishing the rice to change their appearance, taste, and texture 8) Color sorting: The rice we get from above step still has some bad rice, broken rice or some other grains or stone. So here we use color sorting machine to select the bad rice and other grains. Divide the rice grade according to their color, ?Color sorting machine is an important machine to ensure we can get high quality rice. 9) Packing: Automatic weighing and packing machine to package the rice into 5kg 10kg or 25kg 50kg bags. This machine is electric type, you can set it like a small computer, then it will start working according to your request.

Grain Silo is equivalent to a bin used to storage grains (wheat,corn,paddy,soybean etc).It's assembled by corrugated steel sheets,using bolts to connected . The complete processing line for the grain storage silo has 4 parts : 1. Raw grain part: As usual , the raw grain contents a lot of impurities, which will do harm to working machine, block it, shorten the machine`s working life during the storage processing, it will cause problems for the machine before loading the grain . Besides, such impurities will low grain storage quality and shorten storage time. Because if the existing of impurities, it contains more bacteria and easy getting mildew and this is the beginning of the whole grain`s mildew. So clean is important for long time storage.Grain Cleaning Machine and Dust remove machine help us clean well the grain. 2. Transport part: "How can we put the grain into the silo and how we get the grain from the silo ?" This is a question many people asked, yes, we use the bucket elevator to lift the grain ( vertical support) and scraper conveyor (horizontal support) to conveying the grains into the silo, this is the Loading line. About the Unload : if it's the Hopper bottom silo, then the grain could be discharged directly itself according to the cone bucket. If it's cement silo or flat bottom silo,we will adopt the Sweep auger to discharge the grain out . 3. Silo Part: Steel silo assembled by silo body and silo top. 1. Silo body: high quality hot galvanized steel plates -----rolled into corrugation and made into standard connection holes-----plates are connected by high strength screw bolts ---Steel plates: 1): Plates interval is injected by water-proof daub belts that are for aviation special purpose . 2):silo plates' thickness distribution is set according to equal strength theory which makes the silo plates bear average stress. The vertical friction is supported by the stiffeners. ---Screw bolts: round galvanized steel washers and connection holes with age-resistant and water-proof washers The Silo body Assisted with : 1) repairing door 2) outside ladder 3) ladder guard rings etc 2. Silo top: The silo top adopts umbrella frame and the frame material is made of C model straight carbon steel. Silo use hot galvanized plate to make the silo body. Silo wall bolt holes one-off press forming, put the steel plate by trays, and use bolt to assemble. 1. Flat bottom / Cement cone base : The capacity is comparatively big and the diameter is below 12m, its base is generally made into cement cone base. Cement cone base is an inverted cone hopper cast into frame with cement and concrete. It makes unloading stuff automatically. When the silo diameter is more than 12m, because the cone base height is too big, its base generally made into half-cone base or flat cone base. Half cone base can`t completely unload the stuff. Flat base silo needs to unload stuff by sweep auger. 2. Hopper Silos : The capacity is below 800t and the diameter is below 8.5m. silo base can make into steel cone base. Steel cone base is composed of upright columns, annular girder, cone plates, tie pieces etc, the upright columns are made of national standard 1-shaped steel and 1-shaped steel is one of the most widely used steel types in steel structure design and manufacturing. Annular girder is shaped by channel steel and it has the function of supporting silo body, connection columns and silo base plates. The cone base plates are completely precast, the connection screw bolts are GB 8.8 grade standard parts.
